Booking terms & conditions

Deposit:

Please settle the deposit of 50% within 10 days after booking. Effectual price basis is the indicated rate in your booking confirmation. Only once the down payment reached us we can confirm your booking. Please note that arranging a bank transfer to foreign countries you are obliged to settle all applicable bank charges.

Cancellation policy:

You are able to cancel your stay at our Villa at any time. The date we receive your written cancellation is crucial. In the event of having to cancel the booking the following charges apply:

:: For cancellations occurring 31 days or more there is no cancellation fee.
:: For cancellations occurring 15 – 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, 25% of the total payable amount apply as cancellation fee
:: Cancellations made within 15-5 days prior of scheduled arrival we charge you 50% of the total amount.
:: Cancellations up to 5 days or less prior to scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.


Upon agreement you have the possibility to name compensatory clients (same conditions applicable). We recommend concluding a travel insurance including accommodation.

Check-In/Check-Out

Should the villa be empty on the day of your arrival you can check-in promptly. But in any case it applies: a rental day starts at 9:00 in the morning. Check-In earlier than that have to be charged with 1 additional night.
In case previous guests check-out the same day we have to clean the villa in between with due care. So in general it applies the rule to check-in at 4 p.m. On your departure day we ask you to check-out until 10 a.m. if not agreed differently. This only applies as mentioned previously, if there are other guests checking out the same day, otherwise you can check in at any time. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Obligation to co-operate:

The hirer is called upon arrival to check the inventory of the rented object and to further check and sign the corresponding inventory list attached to the rental agreement. Defects can only be reported to us within 24 hours, in order to guarantee remedy. Al further complaints, especially after your departure can not be taken into account. The hirer must handle the housing and inventory with proper care and is obliged to report immediatly all caused damage or loss during his stay and to take care of substitution or compensation. The Villa is to be handed over clean swept and with washed dishes. The final cleaning fee corresponds a usual cleaning effort. Exceeding dirt or mess will be charged with € 20,- per additional hour.The use of the rented object and ist associated area inclding swimming pool is at one’s own risk.
